Shipping Policy

At Mirembe Beddings and Curtains, we are committed to delivering your products safely and on time.

Delivery Areas

We deliver across Uganda. For other regions, please contact us directly to arrange a special delivery.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Custom or pre-order items may take up to 5–7 working days to process.

  • You will receive a confirmation message with your tracking number once your order is shipped.

Delivery Time

  • Kampala & nearby areas: 1–2 working days

  • Upcountry areas: 3–5 working days

Delivery Charges

  • Kampala: Starting from UGX 5,000, depending on location.

  • Upcountry deliveries: Based on distance and weight. Final fee shared before dispatch.

Pick-up Option

You can also opt to pick up your order at our store. Kindly call us in advance to confirm readiness.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you buy from us. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized orders

  • Discounted or clearance items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or washing

Exchange Option

We allow exchanges for size or design mismatches, provided the product is in perfect condition. Please call or WhatsApp us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Return Process

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. We will arrange for a pick-up or direct you to our nearest drop-off point.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if a replacement item is not available. Refunds are processed within 5 working days to your mobile money or bank account.
